OTHM Level 3 qualifications equate to practical skills, knowledge, and competencies similar to those assessed at GCE AS/A Levels.
The Level 3 Foundation Diploma in Information Technology consists of six mandatory units, totaling 60 credits, 600 hours of Total Qualification Time (TQT), and 240 Guided Learning Hours (GLH).
Mandatory Units:

Each unit in this qualification is assessed internally by the centre and externally verified by OTHM. The qualification follows a criterion-referenced approach, meaning learners must achieve all specified learning outcomes to pass each unit.
To pass a unit, learners need to present evidence demonstrating they have met the learning outcomes and assessment criteria. The assessor will then make a judgment based on this evidence, providing an audit trail to document the learner’s achievements.
Upon completing the OTHM Level 3 Foundation Diploma in Information Technology, learners can advance to various OTHM Level 4 diplomas or pursue entry-level positions in the IT field. For more details, please visit our London De Academy website or contact us.
