Overview
The OTHM Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership develops advanced skills for professionals to effectively implement organizational strategies. To enroll in the OTHM Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership, applicants should meet one of the following criteria:
· Hold an honors degree in a related subject, a UK Level 6 diploma, or an equivalent overseas qualification
· Be a mature learner with relevant management experience (applicants should verify this with us before enrolling)
· Be at least 21 years of age at the course start date
English Requirements: Applicants from non-majority English-speaking countries must provide evidence of English language competency.
The OTHM Level 7 diplomas are on the same level as master’s degrees within the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF). However, they comprise 120 credits, and learners must complete a dissertation (60 credits) with a university to achieve a full master’s degree.
The OTHM Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership consists of four mandatory units and two optional units, for a total of 120 credits, with 1,200 hours of Total Qualification Time (TQT) and 600 Guided Learning Hours (GLH).

This qualification is typically completed in 6 months for full-time students, but offers flexibility to support part-time and distance learners. It is delivered by approved centres through face-to-face lectures, tutorials, seminars, and online learning.
All units in this qualification are internally assessed by the centre and externally verified by OTHM. This is a criterion-referenced qualification, meaning learners must meet all specified learning outcomes to pass each unit.
To achieve a pass, learners must provide evidence demonstrating they meet the assessment criteria. Assessors evaluate this evidence and maintain an audit trail to document the assessment process.
Successfully completing the OTHM Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership enables learners to advance their careers or pursue an MBA via the Advanced Entry route at London Graduate School.
